Job Description:
- Preparing purchase orders based on stock availability, price, quality and delivery time.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment based on sales trends and forecasts.
- Liaise with vendors, and internal teams (e.g. sales, merchandising, operations, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order statuses and update procurement records in the system accurately.
- Help manage supplier databases and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with data and analyze basic purchasing reports.
- Familiarity with procurement or inventory management systems (experience with Excel or other ERP tools is an advantage).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing e-commerce environment.
