Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field (Business, Marketing preferably).
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the packaging or F&B/Horeca industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must possess a valid SIM A and/or SIM C driving license and be willing to travel extensively for field visits/client meetings.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, be results-driven, and possess a high level of initiative.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Business Acumen, Sales Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, Target Oriented, Problem Solving.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and acquire new customers, primarily in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, such as Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), food producers, and distributors.
- Conduct cold calls, product presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales prospect pipeline.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Understand specific customer needs regarding packaging (materials, design, function, sustainability) and offer appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, design, logistics) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Target Achievement:
Achieve or exceed established monthly and annual sales targets.
Product and Market Knowledge:
Possess a deep understanding of various types of food packaging products (e.g., plastic, paper, eco-friendly, disposable) and industry trends.
