In the role as Associate FP&A manager you will be focussing on the sales & marketing side. You will be partnering with Country Managers, Sales Teams and Marketing Teams within the cluster to drive Net Sales and Product Contribution growth and Improve Net Pricing by collaborating on Joint Business Plans. The company is an international client looking to hire this position. You will be reporting directly to regional.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide Strategic Business Cases Financial Simulation and Analysis
- Prepare and manage Price Promotion ROI Analysis
- Optimize Trade Spending and Customer/Country Mix – Analyse trade spending plans with Sales team to maximize Delivered Profit Margin, Net Pricing and reduce Gross to Net. Provide P&L simulation for business decision, highlighting Risk & Opportunities.
- Reconcile trade spending at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of trade spend & proper accrual.
- Responsible for Gross Sales to DPM Month End Closing, prepares monthly S&OP P&L Projections, quarterly Financial Latest Estimated and Annual Corporate Planning and Budgeting.
- Work with the SSC A/R team, Credit & Collections Analyst and the local Sales Teams to minimize Accounts Receivables and facilitate timely resolution of open deductions and outstanding invoices.
- To lead ASEAN Ad-Hoc Projects assigned from time to time.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or its equivalent
- Manager experience
- Commercial controller/ sales controller experience
- Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC, BW
- Past working experience in FMCG industry
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- Willing to travel
