We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to act as the vital link between our valued customers and our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers. - Strategic Liaison:
Act as the main window of communication between the customer and the internal manufacturing team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and seamless execution. - Quotation & Negotiation:
Prepare and present competitive quotations to customers and lead negotiation processes to secure profitable business. - Demand Planning:
Receive, analyze, and manage customer forecasts to support accurate production planning and inventory control. - Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales & Marketing Manager, using data to inform strategy and decision-making. - Team Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or account management role; experience within a manufacturing or trading environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A good command of English is highly advantageous.
