Job Description:
- Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
- Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
- Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
- Assist in assigning & calling shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field
- Good command of the English language
- Willing to work in day or night shift
- Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
