PT Agro Raya Mas, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group located in Medan, North Sumatera Province, is one of a leading palm oil refinery and fractionation manufacturer poised to emerge as a major global producer in the palm oil industry.

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst - Business Process to provide support for our manufacturing operations.

Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

  • Understand and prioritize business needs, identifying tools and technologies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess existing systems for gaps, determining integration of new technologies into the ecosystem.
  • Assist senior management and follow the developed roadmap for implementing new technologies based on business needs and assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure alignment and informed progress during implementation.
  • Develop training materials and provide ongoing support for successful adoption of new systems by business users.
  • Follow DevOps strategies, processes, and best practices supporting organizational goals.
  • Assist in implementing software development projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and required quality standards.
  • Support in-depth coding, testing, and debugging of new business requirements.
  • Assist in the use of automated testing, deployment, and monitoring tools for swift, high-quality software releases.
  • Provide guidance to business users for effective use of applications and IT technology.
  • Support the development and enforcement of IT security policies, procedures, SOPs, and SLAs.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • A minimum of a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with at least 5 years of IT experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure while embracing new challenges.
  • Proven experience in system study, design, implementation, and support of ERP systems, with a solid understanding of Agile, SDLC methodologies, and business analysis practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision implementation, coupled with strong commercial knowledge in accounting, manufacturing, and commodity business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing business requirements with stakeholders.
