Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Daily tasks may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executives with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including managing records and organizing documents
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
