Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes for FMCG products. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, building relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and collaborating with internal teams to meet supply chain demands and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in market analysis
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Recruiting and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
