Assists the Operations Manager for overseeing several outlet & brand in determined area.

His/her primary tasks is to oversee the entire day to day operations and training of each outlet in his area.

Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years in the same position.


• Proven in managing multi-brand in restaurant or retail industry.


• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge

Job Desc

Operations


• Execute targets in the Area that has been determined by Superiors to ensure that the targets are aligned with the company.


• Understand, ensure and giving feedback Operational activities (including products and services) in accordance with standards to provide satisfaction to customers


• Monitoring the operational work of brands that produces quality according to service standards, cleanliness and tidiness (Operational excellence) in order to produce quality output (products/services)


• Monitor the implementation of Operations activities to evaluate the performance that has been achieved and plan and decide on preventive or corrective actions for matters that deviate from the predetermined plans, especially those with small potential implications and risks


• Create and submit achievement reports section to Operations Manager

Financial


• Maintain brands' profit & loss performance to maximize profitability within its area


• Recap & analyze outlets' sales levels and profitability report from all outlets (COGS).


• Give input to Operation Manager about the budget's effectivity.

People


• Establish good relations with cross departments and/or third parties to support departmental activities.


• Maintain the team's competencies, implement development programs & guide teams to achieve optimal performance

Local Marketing System


• Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.


• Encourage positive customer reviews and testimonials .


• Track the impact of local initiatives on traffic & guest engagement.


• Continuously adapt and optimize the approach based on data and community feedback.
