Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking, experienced HR professional to join our team in Jakarta. This role will be responsible for various aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, BPJS, and administrative translation work. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and can work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local Indonesian employees, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and issuing offer letters.
- Communicate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and expand recruitment channels (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, local universities, headhunters).
2. Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Accurately and timely process monthly payroll for Indonesian employees.
- Manage and handle all matters related to BPJS (Health Insurance and Employment Insurance), including new employee registration, monthly contributions, claims processing, etc.
3. HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Maintain and update employee records (both paper and electronic), ensuring compliance and accuracy of all documents.
- Assist with employee procedures such as onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and transfers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Must possess practical experience independently handling BPJS and Indonesian payroll calculations.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law and related regulations.
