Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Management professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, implementing training and development programs, managing performance evaluations, and planning succession strategies. The aim is to ensure optimal talent alignment across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Experience in developing and delivering Training & Development programs
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Performance Management systems
- Ability to develop and execute Succession Planning initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant certifications in HR or Talent Management are a plus
- Knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage
