Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Plan and implement PR initiatives, including press releases, media kits, and editorial content that communicate brand stories and milestones.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media, bloggers, influencers, and key industry partners to secure coverage and collaborations.
  • Manage media outreach, coverage tracking, and sentiment reporting to measure brand visibility and reputation.
  • Design and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to drive awareness and credibility among target audiences.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators who align with brand values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall brand and business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative integrity across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or influencer management (preferably in agency or creative industry).
  • Proven track record in managing PR and influencer campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and media relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and influencer ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data and reporting insights.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
