Robries is looking for a
Marketing Creative
who's passionate about turning ideas into impactful campaigns — both online and offline.
If you love creative storytelling, enjoy managing events, and have an eye for branding detail, this role is for you
Scope of Work:
- Execute
offline marketing programs
such as exhibitions, events, and collaborations. - Manage
end-to-end event production
(concept, coordination, promotion, and reporting). - Design and produce
promotional materials
to maintain consistent brand identity. - Develop
creative social media campaigns
(Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, etc). - Create visual and written content that's engaging and aligned with our brand story.
- Provide creative insights and reports to evaluate campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
DKV, Graphic Design, or Marketing Communication
. - 2–3 years
of experience in creative marketing or event management. - Skilled in design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc) — motion graphic is a plus.
- Understanding of
basic marketing metrics
(CTR, ROI, engagement rate). - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and open-minded.
- Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferably based in
Jakarta or
Surabaya
.
