This is a
full-time on-site role
for an
IT Support Analytics
professional. The role involves providing technical support, identifying and resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll also use analytics tools to monitor and improve IT systems and services for optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktop and system issues
- Provide help desk and user support
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor system performance
- Collaborate across teams to improve IT workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/D4 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in tracking platforms (e.g.,
Google Tag Manager
,
Google Analytics
) - Familiar with
CRM platforms
and their integration into analytics workflows - Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Fluent in professional English (TOEFL/TOEIC/EF SET minimum
C1 Level
) - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
