This is a
full-time on-site role
for an
IT Support Analytics
professional. The role involves providing technical support, identifying and resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll also use analytics tools to monitor and improve IT systems and services for optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot desktop and system issues
  • Provide help desk and user support
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor system performance
  • Collaborate across teams to improve IT workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/D4 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in tracking platforms (e.g.,
    Google Tag Manager
    ,
    Google Analytics
    )
  • Familiar with
    CRM platforms
    and their integration into analytics workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Fluent in professional English (TOEFL/TOEIC/EF SET minimum
    C1 Level
    )
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
