About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Affairs Manager to join our team at Alam Sutera Group. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of our company, ensuring the smooth running of our office and support for our employees across bussiness units.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all general administrative tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and general office support
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office environment, including managing vendors and service providers
  • Implement and maintain efficient administrative policies, procedures, and systems to optimise office operations
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the leadership team and other departments as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, and liaise with HR on personnel-related matters

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar General Affairs or office management role. Have experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
