Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist (FMCG Preferred)

Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta

Working hours : Monday Friday WFO

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute FMCG brand campaigns across major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook - 8 Accounts)
  • Develop and deliver creative content (short videos, copywriting, livestream scripts, visuals) to drive engagement and awareness, daily to all account
  • Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and online communities to build brand advocacy and user engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics (followers, engagement, conversions) to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce operations team to align social media initiatives with sales promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; propose innovative digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Excellence Social Media skills
  • Strong English communication; Chinese is preferred.
  • Independent, creative, and data-driven mindset.
  • Responsible, good attitude, and able to meet deadlines.
