Job Desc:
- Input and update employee data into the HR system.
- Storage important documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, reference letters, etc.
- Manage filing of hardcopy and softcopy documents in an orderly and structured manner.
- Record and monitor daily employee attendance.
- Manage leave, permit, and overtime requests.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll purposes.
- Compile and print employment contracts, warning letters (SP), transfer letters, appointment letters, job reference letters, etc.
- Manage administration for BPJS (Social Security), NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), and other employment documents.
- Schedule interviews and contact candidates.
- Prepare onboarding administrative forms, such as personal data forms and employment agreements.
- Compile and store candidate data and documentation of the selection process.
- Create reports on employee data, turnover, absences, and other HR requirements.
- Prepare data for internal or external audits related to HR.
- Collaborate with payroll, GA (General Affairs), and direct supervisors on employee administration matters.
- Provide administrative support for training, performance evaluations, and other HR events.
- Prepare ID cards, uniforms, and other work attire for new employees.
- Assist in conducting briefings, training, and other employee activities.
