Job Descriptions:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipeline architecture (ETL/ELT) for integrating data from various systems (CRM, Billing, Network Inventory, etc.).
  • Compile, process, and manage large and complex datasets to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and integrity across all ETL processes.
  • Support data migration processes, including mapping, staging, validation, and UAT.
  • Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and support its performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and BI Developers to design consistent and reusable data models.
  • Build and optimize analytics tools, dashboards, reports, and self-service solutions to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Provide clean, ready-to-use data for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Design and develop APIs and back-end integrations to support data-driven applications.
  • Document data pipelines, integration processes, and metadata in a clear and structured manner.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is addressed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Engineer/Data Architect/Business Intelligence or in a similar role.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information System, Statistic, Mathematic, or a related field
  • Proven involvement in data migration projects, data warehouse implementation, or operational system integration.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (for scripting and automation).
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Skilled in ETL tools such as dbt, Apache Hive, Talend, Informatica, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, semantic layer modeling).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow, AWS Glue) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data lineage, data validation, and data quality monitoring.
  • Detail oriented, critical and data driven, with good interpersonal skills
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
