|About the Role

We are developing the future of intelligent robotics — systems capable of perception, interaction, and autonomous learning. As a Robotics Engineer, you will contribute to building robots that can sense, decide, and act — integrating mechanical design, control systems, and AI-driven cognition. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to bring embodied intelligence to life, from autonomous navigation to human-robot interaction.

This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of mechanics, control theory, and AI, and want to push the boundaries of what robots can do in the real world.

What You Will Do

● Design, prototype, and implement robotic systems including sensors, actuators, and motion control modules.

● Develop robot software architecture using ROS2, MoveIt2, or similar frameworks.

● Implement control algorithms (PID, MPC, SLAM, sensor fusion) for navigation and manipulation.

● Integrate multimodal AI systems — perception (vision/audio), reasoning (LLM/RAG), and motion planning.

● Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers for system integration and testing.

● Simulate robotic behaviors in Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Mujoco environments.

● Work on calibration, localization, and feedback control for high-precision movement.

● Participate in development of human-robot interaction capabilities — emotion response, gesture control, and contextual dialogue.

What You Will Need

● Experience in robotics software or hardware development.

● Strong knowledge of ROS/ROS2, SLAM, motion planning, and control algorithms.

● Proficiency in C++ and Python; familiarity with CUDA or TensorRT is a plus.

● Experience with 3D modeling tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulation platforms (Gazebo, Isaac Sim).

● Understanding of sensor integration (LiDAR, IMU, depth cameras) and real-time systems.

● Familiarity with AI/ML integration in robotics (vision, ASR, or reinforcement learning).

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience developing service or humanoid robots.

● Understanding of embedded control systems and edge deployment.

● Experience with embodied AI, reinforcement learning, or imitation learning.

● Contributions to open-source robotics projects (ROS2 packages, Gazebo plugins, etc.).
