About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join the PT Mitra Indo Maju' team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities for our alcohol products, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through a range of sales activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Presenting our alcohol products and services to potential customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals within your territory
  • Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the alcohol industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with alcohol regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
