Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Education Diploma/Bachelor (Business Administration/Mass Communication/Journalist/Public Relation/Secretary).
- Minimum experience 1 year as Secretary preferable.
- Proficient in MS office application. (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint).
- Proficient in document & meeting application. (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Workplace).
- Fluently in both speaking, reading, and writing MANDARIN is a must (english is plus point).
- Ready to be placed in Bekasi Regency
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Board of Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the Board of Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and process travel expense reports and reimbursements.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents of all Director and reports to President Director.
