Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum Education Diploma/Bachelor (Business Administration/Mass Communication/Journalist/Public Relation/Secretary).
  • Minimum experience 1 year as Secretary preferable.
  • Proficient in MS office application. (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint).
  • Proficient in document & meeting application. (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Workplace).
  • Fluently in both speaking, reading, and writing MANDARIN is a must (english is plus point).
  • Ready to be placed in Bekasi Regency

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Board of Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the Board of Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process travel expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents of all Director and reports to President Director.
