Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Coordination

Communicate with clients to understand job requirements and prepare Job Descriptions (JD).

Liaise with the delivery team (consultants/researchers) to ensure alignment with client needs.

Market Intelligence

Research industry trends and talent market dynamics.

Provide clients with talent market analysis, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice.

Sales Target

Achieve client acquisition and revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, any major (Marketing, HR, or Management preferred).

1 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or recruitment services (headhunting, consulting, or HR background preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Result-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.

Proficiency in English or Chinese.
