Product Development – Digital Retail Solutions will help IT in documenting the changes of product, and also create guideline of all products.

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Identify digital trends and customer needs in the retail sector.
  • Benchmark against competitors' products and emerging technologies.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

2. Product Planning

  • Develop product roadmaps for digital retail (e.g., e-payment, loyalty apps, digital POS, e-wallet, omni-channel solutions).
  • Design product concepts, features, and value propositions.
  • Define pricing strategy, positioning, and target market segment.

3. Product Development

  • Collaborate with IT/Engineering teams to build applications, platforms, or digital retail services.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) and user stories.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) before product launch.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and industry requirements.

4. Go-To-Market & Implementation

  • Plan and execute product launches (pilot, rollout, full release).
  • Provide training materials and presentations for sales/marketing teams.
  • Support product implementation for merchants, retailers, and end-users.

5. Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track product performance using KPIs (adoption rate, transactions, revenue).
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Prepare performance and progress reports for management.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, IT, compliance, finance).
  • Build partnerships with vendors, fintechs, and strategic partners.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for ongoing product innovation.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in product development, digital solutions, fintech, or retail technology.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payment systems, e-wallets, POS solutions, e-commerce, or omni-channel retail.
  • Solid analytical skills for market research, data interpretation, and business case preparation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product design.
  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements in digital retail/financial services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.
  • Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for digital transformation.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in product development, preferably in digital retail, fintech, banking, or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
  • Experience in vendor/partner management and building strategic collaborations.
