Work Location: Semarang Kendal Industrial Park & Semarang City Area

【Key Responsibilities】

Use Chinese to take orders, make menu recommendations, and provide assistance to Chinese-speaking customers.
Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and assist in serving food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Help address customer needs, feedback, and simple complaints to uphold the restaurant's image.
Collaborate with the team to complete pre-service preparations and post-service closing duties.

【Requirements】

Basic Chinese communication skills, capable of handling ordering and daily service conversations.
Prior restaurant service experience is preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn are acceptable for candidates without experience.
Attention to service details, outgoing personality, and strong team spirit.
