Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in the coding industry, focusing on TTO, TIJ, and Laser product lines.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers in various industries (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, packaging, etc.)
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with the technical team and project coordinators to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Achieve sales targets and business development objectives consistently.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective business strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in a similar role within the coding and marking industry.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
