Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist specializing in IT (Cloud & SaaS) solutions. The position is based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying client needs, proposing suitable solutions, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting product training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and managing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
- Ability to deliver effective Training programs to clients on IT solutions
- Experience in IT, cloud computing, or SaaS is highly beneficial
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
