Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records, ensuring data accuracy between - physical stock and system reports.
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data to support the management team in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales, warehouse) to ensure smooth workflow and information accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation and filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
