Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Diploma with strong relevant experience will also be considered).
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with .NET development and MS SQL (mandatory).
- Proven track record in system integration projects (APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
- Experience with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline) is a plus.
- Familiar with security and compliance standards for financial application development (e.g., penetration testing remediation, vulnerability assessment).
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of .NET (Web & Desktop).
- Database programming using MS SQL, MySQL.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to conduct system impact analysis, design, and prepare technical documentation.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (English proficiency required for regional collaboration).
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, UI/UX, security).
- Detail-oriented with strong process and documentation focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
