Responsibilities

  • Simplification, Standardisation & Systemisation : Streamline processes, standardise workflows, implement integrated IT tools, and leverage data for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management : Source, evaluate, and manage vendors; ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Logistics & Inventory Management : Oversee logistics, shipping, inventory, and distribution; coordinate with educators; prepare and QC learning kits/materials.

  • Additional Support : Assist in administrative, marketing, and event-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Project & IT Management, preferably in EdTech/education.

  • Bachelor's in IS, EdTech, Business, or related field.

  • Strong grasp of education operations & supporting IT systems.

  • Experienced in process improvement, standardization & system implementation.

  • Familiar with SMS, LMS, HRMS, IMS, etc.

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration (tech, ops, education).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proactive, solution-driven, detail-oriented.
