Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Manage the recruitment and selection process

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

· Design, implement, and monitor training programs for warehouse staff, focusing on skills development, compliance, and performance improvement.

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Develops and implements compensation structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan

· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

· Responsible for all employee activities in warehouse

· Employee services and counseling

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree / Master degree of Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from reputable university

· At least 5-10 years of experience as HR Manager, having experience as HR Manager in shipping and forwarding company will be plus point

· Excellent in communication skills, leadership, analytical thinking

· Deep knowledge in industrial organization, general affairs, recruitment & development, payroll (compensation & benefit), etc

· Fluent in English (both written and spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point

· Based in Marunda - Jakarta Utara or able to work in Marunda area. Able to join as soon as possible
