Responsibilities:

  • Complete the live broadcast sales GMV target and be responsible for the GMV target of the live broadcast room performance

  • Responsible for the overall live broadcast planning, including live broadcast theme setting, product script writing, live broadcast scene layout and speech formulation.

  • Plan various marketing activities (such as limited-time discounts, interactive draws, etc.) to ensure that the content can attract target users and stimulate the desire to buy.
  • Organize and monitor the live broadcast site, including the performance of the anchor, the cooperation of the assistant, the on-site interaction and the smoothness of the overall process.
  • Ensure that technical (network, equipment, lighting, etc.) support is in place, and respond quickly to technical or content problems that may arise during the live broadcast to ensure the continuity of the live broadcast.
  • Real-time monitoring of live broadcast data (such as the number of viewers, number of interactions, conversion rate, order volume, GMV, etc.) and tracking live broadcast performance.

  • Analyze live broadcast data and continuously optimize live broadcast content and links (such as live broadcast rhythm, interactive strategy, product display order) based on data feedback.

  • Assist the host live, when host can not go on the air, need to replace the host live
  • Regularly hold review meetings to summarize live broadcast experience and promote team skills improvement.
  • Communicate with the live broadcast team leader in real time, feedback live broadcast room problems, solve problems, and coordinate with the live broadcast team leader to make plans to ensure smooth e-commerce closed loop docking of the entire live broadcast team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with over 1 year of work experience, experience in TikTok Shop LIVE or MCN is preferred;
  • Have basic Data Analysis capabilities and be able to adjust LIVE strategies based on LIVE data;
  • Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to coordinate and handle issues during LIVE broadcasts;
  • Possesses strong learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly responding to various challenges.

Working day:6 Day 7 hrs, 1 OFF

Shift: weekend+weekday
