Role Overview
Junior Venture Builders will serve as the company's frontline, actively participating in efforts to identify and pursue disruptive innovation opportunities in the region, either in collaboration with our partners or by directly stepping into ongoing projects to fill existing gaps within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities.
- Rapidly gain domain expertise in diverse industries.
- Analyze research findings and present actionable insights.
- Support early-stage venture teams with validation efforts: market testing, experiments, business development, etc.
- Contribute to the development of new products, solutions, or business models from scratch.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in STEM or Business.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of full-time working experience in company operations, startup, consultancy, or other fields.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, and visual).
- Fluent in English; a 3rd language is a plus.
- Familiar with business and collaboration tools: Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Naturally curious, adaptable, and eager to solve complex problems.
- A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity.
- A strong entrepreneurial doer, able to break down and execute strategic plans.
- Some data analytics, data science, or programming skills preferred.
