This position is responsible for managing one of Schenker's key strategic customers, on a daily operational level. The role requires a strong understanding business plans and close coordination with Global Teams to ensure that the Indonesia team's scope and deliverables are fully aligned.
- Basic knowledge in Logistic & Freight Forwarding Commercial
- Good understanding of vertical market
- Expertise and professionalism in Customer contacts, understanding of Customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems.
- Local market knowledge, vertical market update (Customers, Product)
- Functional experience in Road Transportation / Warehousing
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree(preferred)
- Minimum 3 years as a manager or Assistant Manager of relevant business experience
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Ability to manage team (Leadership skills).
- Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus

English (Fluent in verbal and written)
