Role Description
We are seeking a driven and strategic
Sales Supervisor – Distribution Channel
to join our team on a
full-time basis
. This role is responsible for managing and growing our distribution network, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B distribution models and a passion for building scalable sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Supervise and manage daily activities of the distribution sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, and other distribution partners.
- Execute and monitor sales strategies to drive channel performance and meet revenue targets.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and support partner onboarding and training.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, and reporting on channel performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align promotions and product positioning across the distribution channel.
- Resolve customer or partner issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or distribution channels.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular visits to partners and distributors.
