As Key Account Manager you will be responsible in maintaining long term relationships with key clients, drives revenue growth, and acting as main contact between company and its strategic accounts.

Placement: Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (Guardian, AEON, Matahari)

  • Deliver solutions to customer's concerns and needs to meet their expectations

  • Manage promotional budget within each account

  • Forecast and report each account's performance

  • Ensure smooth operational execution in store including product availability, planogram, promo execution, activities, etc

  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent sales execution

Requirements

  • Graduated with Bachelor Degree from Business, Sales, or related field

  • Min. 3 years of experience as Key Account Manager (preferable from personal care/ beauty industry)

  • Great communication skills

  • Data Analytics skills

  • Having existing relationship with modern trade accounts is a plus

  • Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
