Key Account Manager

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible in maintaining long term relationships with key clients, drives revenue growth, and acting as main contact between company and its strategic accounts.
Placement: Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (Guardian, AEON, Matahari)
Deliver solutions to customer's concerns and needs to meet their expectations
Manage promotional budget within each account
Forecast and report each account's performance
Ensure smooth operational execution in store including product availability, planogram, promo execution, activities, etc
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent sales execution
Requirements
Graduated with Bachelor Degree from Business, Sales, or related field
Min. 3 years of experience as Key Account Manager (preferable from personal care/ beauty industry)
Great communication skills
Data Analytics skills
Having existing relationship with modern trade accounts is a plus
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
