Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Perform end-to-end lead management: generate, follow up, convert.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
  • Educate and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
  • Provide support to OBGYNs, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training.
  • Handle hospital-related events, maternity talks, and presentations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and customer documents.
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major).
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles (Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to connect with both clients and medical professionals.
  • Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Ethical, reliable, and organized with a professional appearance.
  • Willingness to work on weekends if events or client needs arise.
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle is a plus.
