Qualifications

  • Minimum education of S1 (Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Possess good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, honest, and able to work with targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (a plus).
  • Understand the purchasing & supply chain administration process.
  • Able to work individually and in a team.

Job Description

  • Place orders for goods/services according to company needs.
  • Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery times with suppliers/vendors.
  • Search for, select, and foster good relationships with suppliers.
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) according to procedures.
  • Monitor the delivery of goods until they are received in good condition.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and procurement-related administration.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of goods.
