What you do:
- Minimizing Negative Impact on Business Operations: By handling disputes or claims from employees effectively, it prevents negative impacts on employee morale and company operations. Unresolved conflicts can disrupt business activities.
- Workplace Stability: Maintaining stability and harmony in industrial relations is crucial to ensure no significant disruptions that could harm the business flow.
- Make sure that the company follow & comply the Labor Regulations : avoiding Legal Sanctions and Protecting the company financially or reputationally, including company regulations, mandatory labor reports, reporting of employees under Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (PKWT - Contract Employees), regular inspections by the local Ministry of Manpower, reporting of Terminations of Employment, foreign worker permits (RPTKA & IMTA, KITAS, STM, SKTT), reporting of foreign worker activities and training.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Law.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role - Industrial Relations/HR& GA, especially with exposure to generalist activities. Prefer to have experience working in retail industry
Technical:
- Comfortable in using English.
- Advanced understanding of Manpower legislation and regulation.
- Experience in handling Industrial matters in relation to Employee and Manpower disputes.
- Working knowledge of Indonesian Employment Legislation.
- Demonstrated competence in HR Information Systems, MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to influence across all levels of the operation through written.
- Proven ability to plan, manage and control operational resources including people and equipment.
- Passionate, results driven approach.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
