Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute store performance strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve store operations.
  • Lead expansion plans and oversee the opening of new stores.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Build, train, and motivate a strong team focused on achieving performance excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail, preferably from F&B or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record in increasing store revenue and optimizing retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
