Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute store performance strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve store operations.
- Lead expansion plans and oversee the opening of new stores.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent business growth.
- Build, train, and motivate a strong team focused on achieving performance excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail, preferably from F&B or lifestyle brands.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record in increasing store revenue and optimizing retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
