JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and control spare part inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained in line with operational needs.
Perform routine stock checks and reconciliation between system records and actual stock.
Analyze historical data and service trends to develop accurate spare part forecasts.
Receive and process incoming spare part orders from dealers, workshops, or internal departments.
Ensure accurate order entry, timely processing, and coordination for delivery or dispatch.
Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors and suppliers
Serve as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries related to spare part availability, pricing, and delivery.
Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders to dealers.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to part shortages, delays, incorrect deliveries, or defective parts.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in spare part inventory control, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in conducting stocktake activities in a spare part warehouse environment.
Familiarity with electric motorcycle spare parts is a strong advantage.
Proficient in operating inventory systems such as SAP or WMS, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP functions).
Willing to be placed in Cikarang or North Jakarta
