Lead planning and execution of weekly content calendars across all brands and platforms
Ensure content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines
Oversee content needs for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Maintain consistency and quality across all digital and in-store content touchpoints
Manage asset distribution and coordination across internal teams
Social Media
Oversee end-to-end content production processes, including campaign and catalog shoots
Manage timelines, sample readiness, and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with vendors, creatives, and internal teams to deliver quality output
Ensure smooth execution of production logistics and asset organization
Handle production-related documentation, invoicing, and approvals
Reporting
Understand key social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, growth, etc.)
Analyze content performance to inform future planning and optimization
Able to make strategic recommendations based on data insights
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
- Solid knowledge of digital content planning and execution across multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM platforms and basic understanding of email marketing is a strong advantage
- Experience managing creative production workflows, timelines and vendor coordination
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
