Job Description:
Responsible for HoLink's overall SEO strategy for the Indonesian market, improving the organic rankings of the official website and landing pages on Google Indonesia ).
Research and optimize localized keywords (in both Indonesian and English) to increase organic traffic and user registrations.
Develop on-page SEO, off-page SEO (link building), and technical SEO strategies.
Track and analyze SEO data (Search Console, Google Analytics 4) and provide regular growth reports.
Work with the content team to produce localized SEO content (blogs, FAQs, guides) to enhance brand authority.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of SEO experience and familiarity with the local Indonesian SEO landscape.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to write and optimize content in both languages.
Familiarity with commonly searched keywords and industry buzzwords in Indonesia (e.g., "link in bio Indonesia," "alat monetisasi kreator," "link pendek").
Proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO).
Familiar with WordPress or other CMS, and able to independently configure website SEO.
Successfully optimized keywords in the Indonesian market to Google's top 10.
Have a basic understanding of local social platforms (TikTok Indonesia, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia), and be able to combine SEO and content management.
