Responsible Area: Bandung (West Java) & Semarang
- Develop local markets in the area, in charge of retail store and B2B sales channel management and marketing.
- Participate in market research, grasp market dynamics, be familiar with market trends, industry dynamics, potential needs, provide insights for market analysis, and provide strategy for business development.
- In-depth management and secondary development of existing customers, seek growth for old products and new product cooperation opportunities.
- Develop new customers, lead the team to develop local markets through multiple channels (including but not limited to social media, customer data, internet) to obtain new customer resources, conduct business negotiations, and reach new cooperation.
- Build customer management files, standardize customer information management, conduct customer analysis, and effectively manage customers.
- According to customer level, visit customers regularly, establish and maintain good relationships, and be responsible for business negotiations and transactions.
- Follow up execution of sales orders, communicate with relevant departments/personnel timely, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in handling customer complaints, track results of complaint handling, conduct customer satisfaction surveys per regulations.
- Make strategies, plans, goals and implementation plans, and organize/follow up implementation.
- Lead the team to promote development/increase of new/old customer orders, achieve goals of payment collection, delivery and order acquisition, and zero overdue payment.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
- More than 2 years of management sales and customer development experience in retail industry and B2B industry.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and make professional business introductions (plus).
- Familiar with local culture and humanistic environment, excellent negotiation and persuasiveness, strong logical comprehensive analysis ability, keen observation, quick thinking, good at learning, and good adaptability.
- Excellent data analysis ability, negotiation skills and execution, excellent leadership, and good at building a positive and result-oriented team.
