PT Phincon is hiring a Marketplace Operations Specialist for our client in the fashion e-commerce industry based in Bandung.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, operations excellence, business process management, or consulting, with proficiency in ERP/inventory tools and Seller Centers.
- Working knowledge of accounting flows, including COGS, accruals, AR/AP basics, and their reflection in marketplace P&Ls.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to translate strategy into SOPs, trackers, and timely delivery.
- Experience with live-commerce operations and marketplace campaign mechanics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Seller Center operations, including listings, promotions, policy and penalty handling, and creator/campaign coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key partner to the Director to translate strategy into results, designing and rolling out cross-brand programs that cover processes, systems, and analytics.
- Improve handoff from manufacturing to inventory, content, live-commerce, and after-sales, ensuring compliance with evolving marketplace rules.
- Lead program delivery by defining scope, timelines, and KPIs for cross-functional projects, such as launch playbooks for new brands, inbound QC improvements, returns reduction, and SLA upgrades.
- Map current and future processes, standardize SOPs, and enhance ERP and inventory flows, including SKU creation, GRN, stock synchronization, pick/pack/ship, and RTV.
- Maintain marketplace operations and compliance, monitoring Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok platforms to prevent penalties and adapt to policy changes.
- Collaborate with finance teams on data and accounting touchpoints, providing weekly P&L snapshots per brand, margin bridges, accruals hygiene, and insights on GMV, fees, logistics, marketing, and returns.
- Develop automation solutions such as templates, dashboards, and scripts to reduce manual work across brands, including briefing, listings, pricing, and promotional calendars.
