Responsible for managing all aspects of desert & pastry in ISMAYA Group including the FLOR kitchen and kitchen workers in a manner to provide ultimate customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will oversee the kitchen to ensure consistent and high-quality desert & pastry is prepared, as well as impeccable sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Job Requirements:


• Proven working experience as an Executive Pastry Chef


• Specialty in pastry is essential


• Excellent record of kitchen management


• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently


• Result-focus oriented


• Capable of delegating multiple tasks


• Keep up with pastry & desert trends and best practices


• BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate


• Well groomed and presentable.
