Job Opportunity: Remote Trainee Compliance Officer for Health Practice and BPO

We are looking for a committed Trainee Compliance Officer to join our health practice and BPO team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home while providing crucial administrative support to our operations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Commercial mindset: Ability to integrate smoothly into a fast-paced environment and manage relationships at all business levels.
  • Compliance Projects: Collaborate with the Policy and Compliance team, particularly on projects related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Australian Law Knowledge: Understanding of Australian laws is preferred.
  • International Communication: Handle calls from Australia, effectively managing phone inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Law Background: A background in law or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Professional Engagement: Engage empathetically with individuals with disabilities.
  • Self-Starter: Capable of working independently with a proactive attitude.
  • Team Player: Strong team ethic with excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly and Approachable: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with others.


• Availability: Australian/ Melbourne Time Zone 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

  • Training Period: IDR 1.5 million to IDR 3 million monthly, with potential for increases based on performance
