Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings with precision and consistency, ensuring accurate descriptions, refined imagery, and up-to-date stock availability.
- Monitor and fulfill orders, oversee inventory restocking, and coordinate promotional activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Lead the Customer Service Team to deliver warm, intuitive, and refined service for sophisticated customers.
- Analyze website traffic, customer feedbacks, and social media trends to optimize engagement and improve user experience.
- Prepare reports and insights regarding performance, most-asked questions, and customer behavior to inform operational and creative improvements.
