Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible to be assigned at one of our clients — an insurance company located in South Jakarta. The selected candidate will support the client's finance and accounting team for a 3-month placement as part of our Accounting Services project. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data and reports in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Record and verify daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Assist in financial documentation and administrative reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and possess strong analytical skills; proactive and a good problem solver.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Available for a 3-month temporary placement at the client's office.
