atwork is looking for a Showroom Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for selling a range of interior solutions, designer furniture, and ICT products. You will be the first point of contact for clients in our showroom, representing our brand and principals.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients in our showroom, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all offerings and stay updated with new products.
- Maintain showroom appearance and upkeep of merchandising displays.
- Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from client consultation and quotations to order processing and follow-up.
- Reach out to potential clients and hold meetings with clients to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and present product options that align with their project requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: D3 or Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the interior design, furniture, or ICT product sectors. Experience in selling luxury furniture and lighting is a major plus.
- Has a passion for design, aesthetics, and high-end furnishings and home solutions.
- Ability to connect with potential clients across diverse backgrounds and identify clients' needs.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince clients, and close the deal
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong network in the Interior Design, Furniture, and ICT community
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and customer expectations
- Self-motivated and proactive, result-driven approach to sales
- Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal teams
- High sense of responsibility and urgency, with a sense of loyalty and business ethics
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Indonesia Design District, PIK2
