  • Maintain and update membership records, databases, and communications.
  • Support new member onboarding and respond to member inquiries and feedback.
  • Assist in planning and executing member engagement and renewal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote events, benefits, and updates.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve the overall membership experience.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with sponsors and corporate partners, support the preparation of sponsorship proposals and reports, and ensure that all sponsor benefits and deliverables, including branding and visibility, are properly fulfilled.
  • Provide regular reports on membership statistics, renewals, and activities, while coordinating with finance and other departments to ensure smooth member-related processes.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 3-6 years of experience in membership services, customer relations, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM tools.
  • A positive, service-minded, and team-oriented attitude.
